- Seeking ideally sui generis, B2, or B8 zoned land, whether allocated or industrially designated, ready for development.
- We're interested in brownfield sites; we will consider sites requiring some remediation.
- Fully serviced, or with access to at least 3 MVA of local electrical grid capacity — if you're unsure, we're here to help assess. For sites with low/no power, we’re here to help devise a ramp-up strategy.
- Desired locations include motorway junctions, main A roads, or key transport and logistics hubs and business parks.
